How soon can I get a Same Day Diploma?
This depends on when we receive your order and payment.
Digital copies ordered and paid for before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are eligible for same-day processing and are sent by email once completed. Orders received after the cutoff are normally processed the following business day.
Printed copies are typically prepared within 1–2 business days and then shipped according to the delivery option selected at checkout.
Can I request a custom diploma or transcript?
Yes. If you need a school design or layout that is not available through the standard product options, contact us at support@docprinters.com with the details of your request.
Custom orders may require additional design time depending on the school, format, and amount of information provided.
How will my order be delivered?
Digital-only orders are delivered by email and are not mailed. Printed orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.
Available options may include standard U.S. shipping, expedited U.S. delivery, overnight service, Canada shipping, and international delivery. A digital copy included with a print order is sent once the design has been completed.
If I order a print and digital only, when does my email copy get sent?
They will get made together so you will get the email copy after the order has been designed and then we sent it to printing to be mailed to you
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major forms of Credit Cards, Venmo, Paypal, Square Invoicing, and Klarna buy now pay later!
Can I Make Changes To An Order?
We allow you 90 days in which to notify us of a misprint or request a reprint. We dispose of all orders after 90 days to protect your personal information. After that time, we will have to recreate your documents to correct mistakes or provide reprints.
Is this a high school diploma online program?
No. This product is not a high school diploma online, high school program, diploma program, academy, or virtual learning experience. There is no curriculum, coursework, elective selection, grade progression, full-time or self-paced study, mentor support, literacy instruction, social studies requirement, or academic completion process.
You do not enroll, earn credits, graduate, or achieve an American high school diploma through this product. It is a custom replica document for lawful personal, display, prop, or commemorative use.
Can this diploma be used for college, career, or official applications?
No. This replica is not a school-issued qualification and should not be used to apply for employment, university applications, scholarship opportunities, admission, advancement, or other official purposes.
