How quickly can my transcript be prepared?
Timing depends on whether the required school reference is already available and whether your order information is complete. Eligible digital orders may qualify for same-day processing, while a custom request can take longer if additional files or design references are required.

How does the transcript order process work?
Choose the delivery option, provide the requested school and student information, and submit your order. If another reference is required, we will contact you before design begins.
Review the proof carefully when provided, then confirm the details so the transcript can move to final production.
Can you match my school’s transcript design?
We can use an existing sample or a reference you provide to recreate the general format and layout of a Canadian college or university transcript. Depending on the school’s design, similar paper, seal, color, or embossed presentation details may be available.
If the required design is not in our catalog, contact us before ordering so we can review the request.
Can I receive a digital copy and a printed copy?
Yes. You can select a digital PDF, hard copy, or both. The digital copy is sent electronically, while the printed version is mailed to the address supplied at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping option selected.
Can I provide my own courses and grades?
Yes. You can submit specific course and grade information, or choose available stock coursework appropriate to the degree where offered. Check every detail during proof review before approving the final transcript.
How do I request official transcripts from a Canadian institution?
If you need official transcripts for admission, transfer, employment, or another formal purpose, contact the registrar or records office at the college or university you attended.
Depending on the institution, you may be able to request transcripts through an online transcript service such as Parchment or another authorized provider. The institution’s policy will determine the applicable requirement, fee, delivery method, and whether records are sent electronically or by mail directly to the recipient.
Same Day Diplomas cannot issue or verify official academic records.
