FAQ
Is this an official secondary school diploma?
No. This is a replica for personal display or commemorative use. Only the issuing school or accredited institution can issue an official high school diploma, transcript, certificate, or other credential after satisfactory completion of its course of study.
How quickly can I receive my diploma?
Digital orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after the cutoff are generally processed the following business day.
Printed versions are usually prepared within 1–2 business days and then mailed according to the selected shipping option. See our fast and flexible diploma delivery options for additional shipping information.
Can you create a design for my school?
Yes. Choose an available template or specify the school and design details you need. If the layout is not listed, contact us with a reference. We can review custom requests, but we do not guarantee an exact reproduction of protected logos, seals, signatures, or other institutional elements.
Is this an OSSD or official Canadian credential?
No. The Ontario Secondary School Diploma is an official award tied to applicable graduation requirements in Canada. This product is a personal-use replica and does not prove academic credit, eligibility, or successful completion. Students must complete the applicable official requirements through the issuing education system to receive that credential.
Is this equivalent to a GED or official equivalency credential?
No. An official high school equivalency credential is earned through an authorized alternative pathway and is different from this replica. A learner must complete the applicable authorized process to earn that credential.
The GED® test is a high school equivalency test; passing and score requirements are established by the authorized testing program. Depending on the exam, assessment areas may include Language Arts, Mathematics (math), Science, and Social Studies.
An official equivalency credential may be accepted by an employer, college, university, postsecondary institution, vocational program, or other organization. This replica does not award credit, establish readiness, satisfy an admission criterion, or allow an applicant to enroll in training programs or other postsecondary study.
