How will my order be delivered?
- If you get a digital copy order your order will not be mailed. It will be emailed to you!
- If you opt to have the order mailed to you will select that when you check out, 1 to 2 business days.
- FREE USA - USPS Priority Mail - ( ONLY when print is selected, Digital only will not ship ) ( 6-8 business days )
- USA 2 to 3 Day Delivery: $45 USPS Expedited With Tracking
- USA Next Day Delivery: $70 with UPS Overnight ( 11am EST Cut Off )
- Canada Ground: $45 by UPS with Tracking - 4 to 7 Business days
- Canada Expedited UPS: $65 by UPS with Tracking - 2 to 4 business days
- International UPS: $65 by UPS with Tracking - 5 to 8 Business Days
- International Remote Area UPS: $120 by UPS with Tracking - 7 to 10
- All in Business Days
- Digital copies are made same day when ordered before 12:00 pm eastern, business days. All others processed the following business day
- Print copies will be processed and mailed in 1 - 2 business days
- If you get a digital copy with your print, we will still send that the same day if ordered before 12pm eastern, business days
- Either way its all fast!!
I need one NOW! How soon can I get a Same Day Diploma?
This depends on when we receive your order and payment.
Our cut off time is 12PM Eastern USA for digital copies. If you get a digital file before that time we email it to you that day. After the 12pm cut off, orders are processed the following business day.
If you need it mailed it will be processed and printed within 1 to 2 business days and mailed according to your shipping option.
If I order a print and digital only, when does my email copy get sent?
They will get made together so you will get the email copy after the order has been designed and then we sent it to printing to be mailed to you
I have placed my order but have not received it or heard from you
Many times we try to contact you regarding your order. There are a few things that will cause your order to not go out whether it be a problem on your order, a proof, or we need to collect payment on your order.
Sometimes our e-mails go to your junk folder and NOT your inbox. When you are expecting your order within a certain time period or are waiting for a proof, please check your junk mail box as well and call us if you haven't heard from us. We always contact our customers regarding problems to insure that they get their order in a timely manner.
Another way to get our e-mails is to add us to your address book while your order is in progress. Please add:

MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER:
We allow you 90 days in which to notify us of a misprint or request a reprint. We dispose of all orders after 90 days to protect your personal information. After that time, we will have to recreate your documents to correct mistakes or provide reprints.
UNPAID ORDERS
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Unpaid ordered more than 30 days old are automatically cancelled.
PAID ORDERS, Partially Completed or Completed
Please realize that we begin designing your product within hours of when you place your order. We can offer partial refunds ranging from 15-75% dependent on the amount of design time spent on your order. Complex custom orders such as match transcripts can take hours to create and will be on the upper end of that range. Standard match and stock orders will be on the lower end.
If we've already designed, produced and shipped your product we cannot offer a refund. Rather, we can work with you to fix any possible issues you may have.
PAID WITH NO "PROOF" ORDERED
If we've already begun design, but it hasn't been shipped and you didn't order a "proof", we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
PAID AND AFTER YOU'VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL "PROOF" BUT BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED.
Hey, we've already done almost ALL the work you requested it certainly doesn't seem fair to allow you to cancel at all. But, we treat our customers MORE than fairly, so if you have been emailed the proof, but your product hasn't yet printed or been shipped, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. We think that's more than fair.
