Our Authors

The guides on the Same Day Diplomas blog are written and checked in-house by two teams: one writes, the other reviews. We publish under team names instead of individual staff names, and every guide shows who wrote it, who reviewed it, and when it was published and last updated.

Same Day Diplomas Editorial Team

The Editorial Team writes every guide on our blog. Its job is to answer the questions customers actually ask us: what a diploma or transcript usually shows, how to request an official copy from a school, district or GED Testing Service, and how our replica and novelty documents are designed, printed and delivered.

The team works alongside the staff who lay out and print our documents every day, so its guides reflect how paper, seals, signatures, covers and delivery options really work in production, not just how they look in a catalog.

Topics covered

  • High school and GED diplomas and transcripts
  • College and university diplomas, degrees and transcripts
  • International and secondary school documents
  • Paper, seals, signatures, covers and printing
  • Ordering, proofs, turnaround and delivery

Reviewer

Same Day Diplomas Reviewer Team

The Reviewer Team checks each guide before it is published and again whenever it is updated. A reviewer is never the person who wrote the draft. Guides that don't pass go back to the Editorial Team for changes.

What a reviewer checks

  • Facts, dates and requirements against the sources linked in the guide
  • That links to schools, testing services and government agencies still work and point to the right place
  • That product details, prices, options and delivery times match what we actually sell
  • That the guide sends readers to the official source first whenever they need a school-issued record
  • That the novelty and replica disclaimer is clear and accurate
