How soon can I receive my transcript?
This is a custom product, so the standard same-day schedule does not apply. Once we have collected the information and files needed for your transcript order, design typically takes 2–3 business days. Proof review or revisions may add additional time before final delivery.
How does the transcript order process work?
Select the number of pages and delivery format, complete your order, and provide the requested college or university information. We will contact you by email if additional files or details are needed.
After the design is complete, you will receive a proof to review. Once approved, the digital PDF can be delivered electronically or the print version can move into production and shipping.
Can I request a transcript for a specific institution?
Yes. If we already have an appropriate reference on file, we can use it to prepare the layout. If not, we may request a sample from you.
Our college transcript maker service uses customer-supplied information to prepare a personal-use copy; it does not create an institution-issued or official transcript.
Can I make changes before my transcript is printed?
Yes. Proof review is included so you can check the layout and submitted information before final approval. Request any corrections during this stage. Once you approve the proof, the printed version can move into fulfillment.
How will my order be delivered?
Digital orders are delivered electronically after proof approval. Printed copies are mailed using the delivery option selected during checkout. If your order includes both print and digital formats, the PDF is provided once the approved design is finalized.
How do I request an official college transcript?
For an official transcript, contact the registrar or records office of the institution you attended. Schools may handle the transcript request directly or use a provider such as Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse.
The official request process may require identity verification, authorization to release student records, a fee, and recipient information. Official records may then be delivered electronically or by mail to you, another university, or another approved recipient.
Use an official transcript service when records are needed for transfer, admission, higher education, scholarship, employment, or other verification purposes. This product is an unofficial transcript and cannot substitute for that process.
