Can I use it for a job, school admission, the military, or a license?

No. It is for display, celebration and gifting only, and it must not be presented as proof of graduation or used for any verification purpose.

What formats can I choose?

Can I see it before it is printed?

Refund policy

Unpaid orders: Cancel anytime — just reply to your order confirmation or text us at 1-929-395-0990 or email support@docprinters.com. Unpaid orders older than 30 days cancel automatically.

Paid orders: We begin custom-designing your document within hours of payment — that's how we deliver same-day service. Because of that:

  • Before design work begins: full refund, no questions asked.
  • After design, before shipping: a 50% design fee covers the completed custom work, and the remainder is refunded.
  • After shipping: custom printed documents can't be refunded, but they're guaranteed — if anything isn't right, we revise and reprint free until it is.

Never need to cancel: add the Proof Review option at checkout and you'll approve your exact document before we print anything.

Our guarantee: any misprint or defect reported within 90 days gets a free reprint. Your satisfaction is the whole point.

Shipping policy

We do our best to mail all orders in a timely matter unless we are trying to collect information from the client. please make sure we have all the necessary information to complete you order. 

Small orders can ship within 1-2 business days typically.

Some custom orders may tame more time.. 

Bulk orders can take from 1 to 7 weeks depending on the quantity orders and the level of customizations needed. We will let you know when you order what the wait time will be!

We use UPS trackable shipping based on what the client selects at checkout. 

 

Please note that our printed document orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.

We are not responsible once your order has been shipped. Once an order has been picked up and is in-transit it becomes the responsibility of UPS. 
We are provided with a tracking number that UPS emails to clients separately so that the status and progress of deliveries can be monitored.

In the event of a lost, damaged or delayed shipment, UPS will need to be contacted by the receiver to open an investigation and file a claim.
In these instances, as a courtesy, our policy is to reship your order with a signature required. We do not offer refunds for lost, late or damaged packages.
